About the position

This position is responsible for category management and sourcing across Media within the Marketing Procurement organization. The candidate will collaborate with regional and local teams to develop and implement a global sourcing strategy, ensuring value creation, service delivery, and fostering innovation. The role involves managing supplier relationships, executing sourcing processes, and leveraging market knowledge to inform strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support Associate Director and SSC on projects and strategic initiatives to drive procurement value proposition in Media.
• Improve Service Delivery via Enhanced Supplier Performance Management.
• Sustain existing and develop new cooperation frameworks across multiple stakeholder groups within the Marketing organization.
• Use the Sourcing Management Process (SMP) to drive assurance of supply, quality, service, cost, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to inform Sourcing Strategies and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and support pre-negotiation planning, live negotiations, and lead RFIs, RFP/Qs, e-auctions, and cost modeling.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Collaborative nature with the ability to connect and get things done across the organization.
• High level of analytical and rational thinking.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Strengths in collaboration, written and verbal communications, and cross-functional teamwork.
