About The Position

The Specialist, Program Finance will support project teams in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of various projects. This role involves generating Integrated Program Management Reports, conducting Earned Value Management, and preparing monthly forecasts for financial metrics such as Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and Working Capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Earned Value Management.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience is required.
• US Citizenship is required for this position.
• Ability to obtain DoD clearances if required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Deltek Cobra, Deltek Costpoint, Empower, and Cognos.
• Advanced Excel Skills (Macros, Arrays, SUMIF's formulas).

Responsibilities

• Support project team members in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects.
• Generate monthly Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR and/or IPMDAR).
• Conduct Quarterly Estimate at Completions (EACs) and Earned Value Management.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and Working Capital.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting.
• Make adjustments to systems and processes to improve financial tools and processes.
• Interface with Program Management, Accounting, Functional Leads, and customers for financial information.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.
• Follow L3Harris policies and procedures.
