About the position

The Specialist, Quality & Registry Analytics is responsible for overseeing the planning, writing, development, execution, and reporting of quality measure development and maintenance projects. This role involves managing grant-related duties, including serving as the primary liaison for volunteer experts in creating and disseminating quality measures for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and lupus nephritis. The position is remote and requires strong interpersonal skills and experience with MS 365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute quality measure development and maintenance projects.
  • Oversee budgeting and reporting for quality measure initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary staff liaison for volunteer experts in SLE quality measures.
  • Manage grant-related duties for lupus nephritis quality measures.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work tactfully and efficiently with users, volunteers, and staff.
  • Experience with MS 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
