About The Position
The Specialist, Safe & Secure Learning will play a crucial role within the Safe & Secure (SAS) Team at Carvana, focusing on the full lifecycle of learning and development processes. This includes everything from curriculum design to the implementation and maintenance of employee training programs. The individual in this position will leverage their expertise to create and deliver high-quality, impactful training and educational materials that support the Safe & Secure Team and the company's safety initiatives. The role requires a collaborative thought-partner who can develop and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams across the organization. In this position, the Specialist will assist in building instructor-led training and effectively coordinate with partners to develop learning content for technical training aimed at upskilling internal teams. The candidate will also need to have a strong understanding of the learning management system, Workday Learning, to support the execution and maintenance of both new and established learning solutions. A passion for continuous learning and a readiness to bring creativity and insight to the team are essential. The ideal candidate should be driven, energetic, and capable of multitasking across various concurrent program initiatives while thriving in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment.
