As a Specialist in Sales Engineering at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing pre- and post-installation, architectural, and technical sales support and expertise to hospitality customers in the field. Your responsibilities will include designing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues, planning or verifying equipment installations and upgrades, and providing training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our hospitality locking and credentialing solutions. Your strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our business. You will report directly to one of Onity's Sales Managers and will work from your home office or a local Honeywell office. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams alongside the Sales organization. Frequent travel to customer locations is required, and you may encounter challenging environments. Your impact on the success of our customers will be significant as you deliver high-quality guidance and support while ensuring the optimal performance of our products in the field.
