As a Specialist in Sales Engineering at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing both pre- and post-installation support, as well as architectural and technical sales expertise to hospitality customers in the field. Your responsibilities will include designing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues, planning or verifying equipment installations and upgrades, and providing training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our hospitality locking and credentialing solutions. Your strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our business. In this position, you will report directly to one of Onity's Sales Managers and will have the flexibility to work from your home office or a local Honeywell office. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams, alongside the Sales organization. This role requires frequent travel to customer locations and may involve working in challenging environments. The annual base salary range for this position varies by location, with additional incentives available.
