About the position

The Social Media Specialist at Nestlé Health Science plays a vital role in executing the company's social media strategy, enhancing brand voice, and fostering community engagement across various platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social media, responsible for managing content calendars, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance to drive brand growth and consumer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain social media calendars, including copywriting, planning, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Contribute to the development of organic social content pillars and optimize through reporting and community management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the legal process for social content, sweepstakes/contests, and usage.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on social engagement highlights and performance based on key KPIs.
  • Monitor platform changes and create reports on opportunities for the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including creative, PR, brand, and regulatory teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in social media management representing a brand or organization.
  • In-depth understanding of the social media landscape and modern consumer needs.
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree.
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with tools for social listening, publishing, and content management.
  • Experience with CPG brands and partner agencies.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Active participation in health and wellness communities on social media.
  • Comfortable creating content and/or being on camera.
