About the position

The Specialist, Speaker Bureau & Customer Engagement is responsible for the operational oversight and execution of commercial, field-based educational and promotional efforts within the healthcare sector. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional partners to ensure the successful planning and execution of programs such as Healthcare Provider Speaker Bureau, Regional Meetings, and Patient Educational Events. The individual will report to the Associate Director, Field Solutions, and will play a key role in supporting marketing and field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Jazz Marketing Teams and Field-based teams in planning and executing educational and promotional programs.
• Articulate business rules and lead day-to-day problem-solving related to program execution.
• Assist with planning and execution of speaker training and ensure contracts are executed ahead of events.
• Coordinate Regional Meetings and Patient Educational Events, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place.
• Develop and maintain accurate weekly reporting to provide visibility into program operations.
• Support planning and execution of Advisory Boards, ensuring compliance with Jazz policies and procedures.
• Assist with assigned projects to maximize program impact and cover for peers as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing vendor-partners including third party service providers.
• Working knowledge of healthcare practices, services, technologies, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
