About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Environmental Resources Management, Inc. is a temporary position focused on sourcing and recruiting top talent for various technical consulting roles within the sustainability sector. The position emphasizes building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies. This role is integral to supporting ERM's global growth strategy and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing efforts including attracting, sourcing, screening and engaging top talent that aligns with ERM's culture and global growth strategy.
  • Actively target, attract, engage and develop relationships with candidates for technical consulting roles in key service areas.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for projected and ongoing hiring needs.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates from application stage through prescreening and interview stages.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and TA BU Leads to understand their unique needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and various recruitment tools with Boolean search techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for ERM in all internal and external interactions.
  • Drive a rigorous approach to process ensuring that ERM's ATS is updated correctly through the interview stage.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policy and employment legislation relevant to recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent of 8 years related experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven high volume recruiting experience in a staffing or corporate environment.
  • A solid track record in delivering specialist/niche hiring within a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in current recruiting policies, practices, and trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Advanced sourcing experience using Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience using social media and social networking to engage and maintain candidate pools.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple internal clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.
  • Experience with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Recruiting CRM systems (Workday) and reporting of KPI measures and metrics.
  • Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and professional judgement.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
