About the position

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels in fast-paced environments. This role is crucial in managing the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while supporting hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in global contexts, and will embody WCK's mission to provide meals in response to humanitarian crises.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and platforms to streamline the recruiting process.
  • Engage with candidates worldwide, providing a warm and professional touch.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the recruiting process, including document management and candidate communication.
  • Ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey with WCK.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success recruiting entry level, mid and senior level candidates.
  • Experience navigating international landscapes and understanding global recruitment nuances.
  • Fluency in another language besides English is highly preferred.
  • Personable, empathetic, and charismatic personality.
  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules with precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Workable, and BambooHR.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in another language besides English.
  • International recruiting experience.
