About the position

As a Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Compass Group, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to field operators throughout the hiring process. This position is designed to support operators by addressing their inquiries and technical issues related to the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will be the first point of contact for operators, fielding calls and tickets through a centralized support center. Your responsibilities will include providing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) technical support, assisting with background check tickets via the First Advantage and Checkr systems, and facilitating communication with the appropriate technical teams as needed. In addition to technical support, you will participate in system and technology testing to ensure that the tools used for recruitment are functioning optimally. Your role will require you to maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that operators feel supported and informed throughout their hiring journey. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, allowing you to contribute to various aspects of the talent acquisition process. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to field operators throughout the hiring process.
  • Field calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center.
  • Provide ATS technical support for operators completing the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Offer Level 1 support for background check tickets via the First Advantage and Checkr systems.
  • Facilitate tickets with appropriate technical teams as needed.
  • Participate in system and technology testing.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a support role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Basic understanding of background check processes and systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and operators.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support roles.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance regulations.
