About the position

The Specialized CNO Developer position at ARSIEM Corporation involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities to support government mission requirements. This role requires a strong background in programming and network security, with a focus on developing tools and techniques for CNO in a government context.

Responsibilities

• Support a team's overall goal in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining CNO capabilities.
• Program CNO tools and techniques for the US Government.
• Manage and supervise teams in support of Government CNO capability development.
• Analyze and secure SSL/TLS protocols and network traffic.
• Implement advanced cryptographic practices to prevent vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of experience OR minimum ten (10) years of experience in relevant field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing and supervising teams in support of Government CNO capability development.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience programming techniques to evade host and/or network-based IDS.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with project management best practices such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing network traffic using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, or custom scripts.
• Understanding of advanced cryptographic attacks and secure coding practices.
