About the position
The Specialized Deposits Intern position at Enterprise Bank & Trust offers college students a unique opportunity to gain professional experience in the banking and finance sector. This nine-week internship is designed to develop future organizational leaders through targeted educational opportunities and hands-on experience in the Specialized Deposits Department. Interns will work closely with a high-performing team, receive mentorship, and engage in networking activities to enhance their banking knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with a high-performing team to gain in-depth real-life experience through projects and assigned tasks.
- Participate in meetings and receive one-on-one training from team members.
- Monitor inbox for incoming requests and review older requests for completion and archiving.
- Reach out to internal departments for assistance when needed, such as Treasury Management and Wires.
- Assist with internal department processes to organize digital documentation and upload to Salesforce.
- Network with senior leaders, Enterprise associates, and other program interns.
Requirements
- Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with a tentative graduation date of 2025 - 2026.
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Word.
