The Specialized Human Resources Associate I provides specialized analytical support and acts as a resource for internal and external partners in own area of expertise. This role may require leading projects and/or work packages which are limited in scope and complexity. The associate will conduct complex analysis and research including variance, risk, and impact analysis, providing commentary, comprehensive review, and recommendations. They may provide specialized support to assigned HR business partners under management guidance and contribute to special initiatives by representing TDBFG/the business internally and externally as a subject matter expert. The role supports the business in managing HR issues, interprets statistical data to assess the effectiveness of existing programs, and conducts meaningful data analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations. The associate ensures the prompt and thorough resolution of issues and maintains ongoing communication with the team on the status and progress of projects and issues. They participate in action planning to address employee survey results and support the collection of meaningful data and/or research, conducting due diligence and making recommendations where appropriate. The associate identifies and refers complex issues/situations beyond their level of expertise and supports the business in achieving its HR objectives, potentially implementing HR programs.
