In this role, the Specialty Area Sales Manager will represent the Agency in professional interactions with surgical physicians, hospitals, facilities, professional associations, and similar health groups. The primary focus will be to inform these entities about the availability of the Agency's Medicare services. The successful candidate will enhance account relationships, particularly emphasizing surgeon interactions, and will be responsible for monitoring service provision through ongoing quality assurance sales calls with referral source contacts. Additionally, the Specialty Area Sales Manager will engage in direct marketing and sales of Specialty Programs and Post Op Programs through the Agency and payor sources. Meeting and exceeding admission goals set by the Division Manager, with approval from Senior Management, will be a key responsibility of this position. Responsibilities

  • Represent the Agency in professional contacts with surgical physicians, hospitals, and health groups.

Requirements

  • Must have a college degree or equivalent experience base or be a licensed professional.
  • At least one year of experience in the business community or in professional practice is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to organize and execute selling processes.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
