Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales for the Clinique brand by engaging guests and assisting in product selection.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service, and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations for guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on guest inquiries.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in the store, particularly in the Clinique area.
