About The Position
The Specialty Operator is responsible for the production of specialty sugars, which involves various processes such as blending, evaporation, crystallization, drying, conditioning, milling, and screening. This role requires maintaining equipment, performing analytical testing, and ensuring sanitation standards are met while coordinating with other personnel to achieve safety, quality, production, and energy use goals.
