About the position

The Specialty Sales Representative at Syneos Health is a key member of the sales team responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory in the respiratory area. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, executing sales strategies, and driving product utilization while collaborating with other commercial associates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an assigned territory in the respiratory area.
  • Build relationships with specialty healthcare professionals and prioritized stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute both tactical and strategic sales activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key targets within the assigned geography.
  • Drive appropriate utilization of products while collaborating with commercial associates.
  • Leverage insights and knowledge of therapeutic, market, and competitor information to manage business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least two years of documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical sales experience, or three years of sales experience in a scientific/clinical/healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge within healthcare ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry and skills in clinical settings.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience calling on Respiratory Specialists such as Pulmonologists and Allergists.
  • Experience calling on health systems and large group practices.
  • Experience as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
