The Specialty Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and managing relationships within a designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Maximize new business opportunities with health service providers.
  • Be accountable for deep understanding of products' clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition for the customer.
  • Provide product support and information as needed to achieve individual sales quotas.
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.
  • Build trust and credibility to become a true collaborator in commercial success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong recent experience selling launch product preferred
  • Strong track record of sales success
  • Experience developing, implementing, executing and measuring success with account plans
  • Ability to work in a virtual and field-based environment
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
