Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule appointments for our Specialists.
• Present and assist patients in accepting treatment plans.
• Use your knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
• Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.

• Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with patients and provide clear information.
