About the position
The Speech Language Pathologist at The Arc Wayne will provide clinical consultation and speech therapy services at the Article 16 Clinic in Orleans/Genesee County. This role is essential in supporting individuals with speech and communication needs, ensuring timely documentation, and collaborating with other professionals and interns.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to clients.
- Complete timely and accurate service documentation.
- Recommend speech communication devices and related technology.
- Notify supervisor and caregiver of significant events during therapy sessions.
- Support and interact with Speech Therapy students completing internships.
- Provide clinical consultation to Agency programs.
Requirements
- New York State Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
- Current, valid New York State Driver License.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
