Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team, this position provides direct patient and family centered care which includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. The role involves working with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participation in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development may also be required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Master's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • CA Speech Therapy license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Clinical Affiliation in Pediatrics preferred.
  • Experience with feeding/swallowing preferred.
  • VitalStim certification preferred.
