About the position
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position at Eagle Care LLC involves providing skilled speech-language services to patients in various settings. Responsibilities
- Implement independently skilled speech-language services for patients and caregivers.
- Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans and contribute to case management.
- Provide quality patient care while maintaining positive interactions with center staff, clients, and their families/caregivers.
- Deliver services across all ASC Therapies and Wellness settings.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in speech-language pathology and patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a variety of therapy settings.
- Familiarity with ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.
