About the position
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position at Liberty Health involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans for patients in a supportive rehabilitation environment. The role focuses on enhancing the rehab experience for patients and their families through responsive care and progressive treatment modalities.
Responsibilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.
- Individualize treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
- Provide in-house therapy with local management support.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina where the SNF is located.
- Must have 3 C's (continuing education credits).
- Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience is preferred.
