About The Position

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Garden Spot Village in New Holland and Fairmount Homes in Ephrata, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. This position qualifies for a $2,000 Sign On Bonus. Clinical Fellows welcome to apply (must be full time status to consider)! This Full Time role will split between 2 of our beautiful communities: Garden Spot Village (New Holland, PA) and Fairmount Homes (Ephrata, PA). Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• CPR Certification Required or be willing to obtain before start of employment.
• At least 1 year acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.

• Experience working with the older adult population.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
