About the position
Calling All Speech Language Pathologists! Make an Impact with Us! Are you a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Look no further! Our Rehab Team at Commonheart Home Health, in partnership with Symbria, is on the lookout for passionate, employee-owner team members like you!
Responsibilities
- Set personalized goals and creatively implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and execute innovative clinical and educational SLP programs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
- Serve as a trusted partner in the community, helping your patients achieve vital outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program for Speech Language Pathologists (must have CCCs).
- Hold a valid state license.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in home health is a plus but not required!
