About The Position
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position located in Visalia, CA. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings. This position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitoring students' progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
