Responsibilities

• Achieves and maintains productivity standards set by the facility.
• Prepares necessary time records.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies' requirements (OSHA, TJC, CMS).
• Pursues professional growth and development, presents in-service and educational programs.
• Performs job responsibilities in line with the organization's mission.
• Maintains accurate progress notes and professional records for speech pathology services.
• Adheres to organizational policies, including Corporate Compliance and HIPAA regulations.
• Provides appropriate speech pathology treatments and diagnostic services.
• Compiles and reports accurate data for financial, statistical, and administrative needs.
• Coordinates evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• MS, MEd or MA in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service.
• Licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the state of service.

Nice-to-haves

• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship year.
• CPR certification based on AHA standards.
