About the position
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This position is available as full time or part time, school-based in Ringgold, GA, and we are open to an onsite or hybrid model for services. A $2,000 bonus is available, with conditions applying; ask the recruiter for details!
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor student's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
