About the position
The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students in a school setting. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional care and support to enhance students' communication skills and overall educational experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in schools.
- Assess students' communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on communication strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience with teletherapy services.
