About the position

The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students in a school setting. This part-time position focuses on delivering exceptional care and support to enhance students' communication skills and overall educational experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in schools.
  • Assess students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with teletherapy services.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
