About the position
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Beech Grove Meadows is responsible for providing skilled speech-language services to patients and caregivers. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and contributing to case management, all in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Implement independently skilled speech-language services for patients and caregivers.
- Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
- Contribute to case management activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with telehealth services.
- Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language pathology practices.
