About the position
The part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Autumn Ridge is responsible for providing skilled speech-language services to patients and caregivers. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and contributing to case management, all while adhering to the principles of speech-language pathology and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Implement independently skilled speech-language services for patients and caregivers.
- Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
- Contribute to case management activities.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience in providing speech-language services.
