Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a nursing home and rehabilitation center setting.

- Support local clinical mentorship and education initiatives.
Requirements
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Experience or interest in working with geriatric patients.

- Experience in various settings such as CCRC, SNF, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Outpatient Clinics, Home Health, Telehealth, and Post-Acute care.
