About the position

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is focused on providing specialized therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This position is on-site in Clemson, SC, and is expected to last for a duration of 13 weeks, starting from December 16, 2024.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy services to improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
