The Stepping Stones Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This full-time position is school-based in Jonesboro, GA, and is designed for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Based on these assessments, the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. In this role, the candidate will provide therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they require. Collaboration is key; therefore, the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs effectively. Monitoring students' progress is essential, and the candidate will be responsible for adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities
