About the position

The Sphere Guest Services Summer 2025 Student Associate Program is designed for undergraduate and graduate students to gain valuable experience in the live entertainment industry. This part-time program offers opportunities to learn about MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere while developing essential skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and various learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in guest services operations and support various functions within the organization.
• Engage with employees to understand the business and its operations.
• Attend executive speaker series and career development workshops.
• Network with peers and professionals during social events.

Requirements

• Must be available to work 35 hours a week.
• Must be available from end of May to early August.
• Must be enrolled as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
