About the position

The Spine Center Program/Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing strategic support for mid to large scale organizational programs or projects. This position is responsible for coordinating all operations related to the assigned program or project, ensuring effective management in accordance with organizational standards. The coordinator will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate communication, logistics, and the overall success of the program/project.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and maintains program/project schedules and agendas, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders, and partners in program/project administration.
  • Organizes and coordinates the development of events, outreach activities, meetings, and promotional materials.
  • Represents the program and/or organization in various capacities.
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with internal staff and external parties.
  • Provides education, training, onboarding, and mentorship related to the program/project.
  • Supports the development and management of program/project budgets, maintaining financial documentation.
  • Creates reports for management to evaluate program/project performance and operations.
  • Documents and tracks program/project compliance and provides feedback to management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience.
  • 3 years of organizational program or project coordination/support experience, preferably utilizing program/project management and development procedures.
