About the position

The Multi-faceted Regional Brand Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting an agave brand within a designated geographic area. This position focuses on the commercialization of brand objectives and strategies in both On-Premise and retail channels, aiming to drive distribution and volume growth while fostering strong relationships with local sales and account gatekeepers. The specialist will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with target consumers and facilitating brand activities to enhance visibility and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercialization of brand objectives and strategies in specified geographic areas.
• Drive distribution and volume growth for the agave brand in On-Premise and retail channels.
• Establish effective working relationships with local sales/account gatekeepers.
• Engage with consumers to facilitate key brand activities and enhance brand credibility.
• Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, demonstrating understanding of target consumer lifestyle and culture.
• Develop and implement trainings, promotions, events, and activities to exceed visibility and advocacy KPIs.
• Support sponsored event activations to maximize commercial value and develop consumer loyalty.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of brand commercialization strategies.

• Proven track record in driving distribution and volume growth.
• Experience in executing brand activities and events.
