About the position

The Technology Architect role focuses on designing and implementing robust AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. The position requires extensive expertise in AEM support engineering, system engineering, and both frontend and backend development, particularly within the Cards and Payments domain. The role is integral to helping clients reinvent their digital customer experience and achieve key business goals in the digital economy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of AEM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Oversee the implementation of AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in AEM frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the AEM platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain AEM authoring guidelines and best practices for content creators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure and applications.
• Implement and manage AEM upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Work closely with the Cards and Payments team to ensure AEM solutions align with domain-specific requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and content management.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering, system engineering, frontend, backend, and authoring.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Cards and Payments domain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AEM upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for AEM.
• Understanding of security best practices for AEM implementations.
