About the position

The Sponsorship Marketing and Sales Manager at Kofe With Tee will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing the Book Club's Business to Business Memberships. This role involves securing sponsorships from businesses and organizations to support various events and initiatives, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills. The position includes attending weekly meetings, implementing a monthly marketing plan, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sponsors through market research.
• Develop compelling sponsorship packages tailored to potential sponsors' needs.
• Outreach to prospective sponsors via email, phone calls, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in sponsor organizations.
• Negotiate sponsorship terms, pricing, and benefits to secure partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits.
• Promote and execute sponsor presence during events, ensuring smooth execution of benefits.
• Track and report on the success of sponsorships and gather feedback for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, sponsorships, or fundraising, preferably in an event or marketing-related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for negotiation and relationship building.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of sponsorship best practices and trends.
