About the position

The Sporting Goods & Automotive Department Manager at Bi-Mart is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing the department's operations. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.

• Replenish inventory and maintain department fixtures.
• Train new employees on department responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in retail positions such as cashier, sales associate, or bagger.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Positive and friendly attitude with punctuality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively.
• Capacity to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
