About the position

This position involves monitoring live sports data across a wide range of sports, leagues, and teams to ensure accuracy in both live and static data and statistics. The role requires a passion for sports and a deep understanding of sports data and statistics. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks while following documented workflows to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Live Sports Data across a large range of sports, leagues, teams to ensure accuracy across a variety of both live and static data and statistics
• Mitigate and Escalate potential issues captured and follow documented workflows in a fast-paced setting
• Follow documented workflows to ensure best-in-class customer experience
• Following recent transactions, games, and stats across a wide range of leagues

Requirements

• Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Live Sports can happen during early mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and are mainly on the weekends.
• Previous experience working within live data or statistics gathering, a plus
• Available to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and game days, as assigned
• Native or near-native fluency in English language
• Strong research skills
• Strong writing and grammar with previous experience in sports writing and editing
• Previous sports-related experience
