Responsibilities
- Monitoring live sports data across a large range of sports, leagues, and teams to ensure accuracy.
- Mitigating and escalating potential issues captured and following documented workflows in a fast-paced setting.
- Following documented workflows to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Tracking recent transactions, games, and stats across a wide range of leagues.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends, as live sports can occur during early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Previous experience working within live data or statistics gathering is a plus.
- Native or near-native fluency in English language is required.
- Strong research skills and strong writing and grammar skills with previous experience in sports writing and editing are necessary.
