About the position

The Sports Marketing Associate position at Integrity 9 is designed for individuals looking to launch their careers in the sports industry. This part-time role offers valuable experience in the operations of a sports marketing agency, focusing on property sales and brand consulting. Associates will collaborate on projects, connect with industry leaders, and gain insights into sports marketing strategies over a 12-month term.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property sales team through research, prospecting, and sales outreach on behalf of Integrity 9 clients within sports and entertainment.
• Assist the brand consulting account teams with the day-to-day management of client's sport partnerships.
• Work closely with the account teams to develop strategies and approaches to maximize partnership activations.
• Provide project management support for account teams to ensure effective implementation of partnership assets.
• Assist in the development of presentations including new client proposals, activation plans, event reports/recaps, and market research studies.
• Support client activations and attend games, events, and community engagements as directed.
• Actively participate in weekly department and organizational calls, virtual and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while attending meetings and events in Kansas City.
• Passion for working in sports and a 'team first' mentality.
