About the position

We are seeking an experienced freelance sports photographer for a temporary position during Super Bowl LIX weekend in New Orleans. The photographer will serve as a 3rd shooter for a corporate-sponsored event with a football theme, capturing guest interactions with a pro athlete in mock game play. The role requires a focus on fast-paced photography in both outdoor and potentially indoor settings, emphasizing guest engagement and high-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images during the event as a 3rd shooter.
• Interact with guests to enhance their experience during the event.
• Utilize high-end digital camera equipment to shoot in various lighting conditions.
• Work efficiently on your feet to capture dynamic moments during the event.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports photography.
• Experience in event photography.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of high-end digital camera equipment (e.g., Canon 5D Mark III or better).
• Possession of a good short zoom lens (e.g., 24-70mm f2.8) and potentially a longer lens (e.g., 70-200mm f2.8).
• Valid Driver's License.
