About the position

DanceBUG Inc. is seeking passionate and skilled Seasonal Videographers/Camera Operators to capture and stream dance competitions, recitals, and workshops across the U.S. This role requires traveling nationwide and involves setting up video and audio equipment, ensuring quality recordings, and managing live broadcasts. The position offers paid training and covers all travel and accommodation expenses.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage video, audio, and streaming equipment on-site.
• Conduct daily video and audio tests to ensure quality.
• Record and log performances as well as manage the live broadcast.
• Upload and/or ship data as required.
• Communicate with your assigned Coach, Managers, and Onsite Contacts weekly.
• Travel to events nationwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Videographer/Camera Operator.
• Expertise in camera settings and audio management.
• Proficiency with Windows and basic editing software (DaVinci, Premiere a plus).
• Ability to manage data and work 'production' hours.
• Valid America Driver's License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with loud music, flashing lights, and extended periods of stationary work.
• Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check.
