Responsibilities

• Greet customers and input betting information into the computer.
• Print tickets and accept money, providing tickets and change to customers.
• Accurately maintain the bank and verify winning tickets.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns and questions.
• Explain wagering information as needed.
• Maintain and update Betting Boards or Televisions for customer viewing.
• Supervise all wagering policies of the Race & Sportsbooks.
• Ensure compliance with AML & Title 31 procedures.
• Supervise personnel in Sportsbook Operations to maximize productivity.
• Ensure adherence to betting limit guidelines and resolve disputes according to house rules.
• Promote customer recognition and development among staff.
• Ensure departmental procedures meet regulatory requirements and secure company assets.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for proper functioning and report issues to management.
• Create a fun and positive work environment for all employees.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a sportsbook or casino environment.
• Knowledge of wagering policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and tickets.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a sportsbook or casino setting.
