About the position

The Marketing Co-op position at MFS offers undergraduate students a meaningful 6-month work experience in a collaborative environment focused on investment management. Participants will engage in various marketing activities, gain insights into the mutual fund industry, and enhance their professional skills through structured learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Marketing team on promotional campaign materials.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to integrate new technologies into marketing initiatives.
• Assisting in competitive research studies, including website assessments and marketing materials comparative studies.
• Interacting with multiple marketing professionals, compliance officers, editorial copywriters, graphic designers, and production staff to manage project development.
• Providing conference support and coordinating logistics with the Marketing team and external conference organizers as needed.
• Completing quarterly due diligence as requested by MFS' clients by providing firm and investment strategy language and data.
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of final RFP submissions, including printing, collating, binding, packaging, and shipping documents.
