About the position

The Brand Marketing Co-op at SharkNinja is a full-time, hybrid role designed for individuals interested in general management and brand development. This position supports the Brand Manager in creating a comprehensive marketing plan and executing brand marketing strategies. The co-op will engage in business analysis, brand messaging, and marketing planning, collaborating with various teams to drive profitable growth and enhance brand health.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing a holistic marketing plan.
  • Assist in end-to-end brand marketing execution.
  • Coordinate consumer research activities.
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing collateral (retailer/web/social).
  • Create and update packaging and manage cross-functional approvals.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and marketing plans.
  • Manage samples for PR and media events.
  • Participate in team meetings and prepare for executive reviews.
  • Brainstorm and contribute new ideas to the marketing strategy.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Completed 2+ years in a business/marketing degree program.
  • Ability to work until June 2025.
  • Experience working on a Brand Marketing/Management team is strongly preferred.
  • Embraces change and collaborates well with others.
  • General knowledge and interest in the retail industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills across multiple teams and programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
